Every Golden Crust bake starts in one kitchen in the Kot Lakhpat industrial estate. Here is how a normal day runs.

The early shift mixes the day's bread doughs and takes the overnight sourdough out of the retarder.
Ovens full
Loaves, buns, croissants, puffs and patties bake in waves; cakes for the day's orders are layered and filled.

What is Golden Crust Bakery?
Golden Crust is a Lahore bakery with three branches in Gulberg, DHA Phase 5 and Johar Town. Everything is baked at our Central Bakehouse in Kot Lakhpat and sent to the counters before they open. You can order online for pickup at a branch or delivery inside Lahore.
Can I order bakery items online in Lahore and collect them?
Yes, you can order online and collect from any of our three branches. Choose your branch and a 30-minute pickup slot at checkout, and your order is packed and waiting at the counter. The earliest slot is usually about 90 minutes after you order.
Do you deliver cakes and bread across Lahore?
Yes, we deliver inside Lahore city. The delivery fee and the areas we can reach are shown at checkout once you enter your address. If your area is not listed, pickup from the nearest branch is the quickest option.
When are your breads and pastries baked?
Our breads, pastries and patties are baked in the early hours at the Central Bakehouse and reach the branches before opening. That is why we call them baked before sunrise. Cakes are finished and decorated through the day for that day's orders.
How far ahead should I order a birthday cake?
Order a personalised birthday cake at least 48 hours ahead. That gives the bakehouse time to bake, fill and decorate it with your name or photo print. Ready-made cakes in the shop can be ordered for same-day pickup before 6:00 PM.
Are your prices shown with tax?
Yes, the prices on the site are shown in Pakistani rupees and include tax. They come live from our SmartPOS till system, so the website shows the same price as the counter. Any delivery fee is added separately at checkout.
Is this a real bakery?
Golden Crust Bakery is a demonstration store built to show how a SmartPOS-powered bakery website works. You can browse, add to cart and go through checkout, but orders are not fulfilled. Nothing will be baked, delivered or charged.
How do I find the nearest Golden Crust branch?
Open the branches page to see all three counters on a map with today's opening hours. Gulberg and DHA Phase 5 have café seating, and Johar Town has drive-up collection. Each branch page lists its address and phone number.
What if something I bought is not fresh?
Tell us within 24 hours, or the same day for fresh cream cakes, with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund it under our freshness promise. You can call your branch or use the contact form.
