What are my options for receiving an order?
You can collect from a branch or have it delivered inside Lahore. Both are chosen at checkout, and you see the exact fee (if any) and the available times before you confirm.

How does branch pickup work?
Branch pickup is the fastest way to get fresh bakes. Choose your branch and a 30-minute slot at checkout; we prepare the order to be ready at the start of that slot.
- Choose a branch. Gulberg (45-B Main Boulevard, Gulberg III), DHA Phase 5 (112-CCA) or Johar Town (8-G1 Khayaban-e-Firdousi).
- Choose a slot. Slots are 30 minutes long and only appear within that branch's opening hours.
- Get your confirmation. You receive an order number on screen and in your account. You can follow progress on the track order page.
- Collect. Give the order number at the pickup counter. At Johar Town you can also use drive-up collection.
What is the same-day cut-off?
Same-day pickup orders must be placed by 6:00 PM. Orders placed after that are offered the next available slot, normally the following morning. The earliest slot on any day is roughly 90 minutes after you order, because even counter items are packed, checked and labelled for you.
How long will my order be held?
We hold a pickup order until the branch closes on the chosen day. Fresh-cream cakes and sandwiches should be collected within your slot, as they need to be kept chilled. If you are running late, call the branch and we will keep it in the fridge for you.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Give them your order number and the name on the order. For orders paid on pickup, the person collecting pays at the counter.
How does delivery work?
We deliver inside Lahore. Enter your address at checkout to see whether we cover it, the delivery fee and the delivery window. Fees, any minimum order and any free-delivery threshold come live from our till system, so what you see at checkout is what applies.
- Delivery orders are packed at the nearest branch and sent with a rider.
- Our rider will call the number on your order on arrival. Please keep your phone close.
- Cakes travel flat in a sturdy box. Carry them level and refrigerate fresh-cream cakes as soon as possible.
- If nobody is available at the address, the rider will try to call you; if we cannot reach you, the order returns to the branch and you can collect it the same day.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
No. We do not ship by courier or deliver outside Lahore, because fresh bread and cream cakes do not travel well over long distances. Packaged biscuits such as nan khatai can be collected from a branch and carried on your trip.
How much notice do custom and wedding cakes need?
Custom cakes need more time than counter items, and checkout will only offer dates that respect these notice periods.

Can I collect from the Central Bakehouse?
Only for trade and bulk orders arranged in advance. The Central Bakehouse at Plot 17 Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat is our production kitchen. It has no retail counter and does not offer website pickup. Bulk orders are collected there by appointment, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call +92 42 3511 9900 to arrange it.
Can I change or cancel my pickup or delivery?
Yes, while the order has not been prepared.
- Counter items: call the branch as soon as possible; changes are usually possible until your slot is being packed.
- Custom cakes: changes to wording or design are possible up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Size changes may not be possible once the sponge has been baked.
- Wedding cakes: design changes are agreed with the cake team; cancellations within 72 hours of the date may not be refundable if the cake has been started.

What if something goes wrong with my order?
If an item is missing, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours — the same day for fresh-cream cakes — with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it under our freshness promise. If a delivery is very late, call the branch that dispatched it; the branch name and number are on your order confirmation.
