Allergens and ingredients

Our Central Bakehouse handles wheat and gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts (almonds), soy and sesame. All products are made in the same kitchen, so cross-contact is possible. We cannot guarantee any bakery item is free of these allergens.

No, we do not sell gluten-free products. Wheat flour is used throughout the bakehouse, so even items without wheat in the recipe may contain traces. People with coeliac disease should not eat our bakery items.

Our sourdough, milky bread, brown bread and nan khatai recipes contain no egg. The allergen table marks every eggless item. They are made in a kitchen that uses eggs, so traces are possible.

Our chocolate fudge, black forest and pineapple cream cakes do not have nuts in the recipe. Fruit cake, nan khatai and almond biscotti do contain almonds. Every cake may contain traces because almonds are used in the same kitchen.

Our chicken patties, chicken puffs, beef patties and the chicken tikka and club sandwiches contain meat; everything else in the bakery range is vegetarian. Meat items are marked as non-vegetarian in the allergen table. Ask your branch if you need details about the meat supplier.

Each product page shows its main ingredients and allergens, taken from the same data as this table. Packaged items from other brands follow their own pack label. Ask the branch if anything is unclear.

Yes, our packed bakery items carry an allergen and ingredient label in line with Punjab Food Authority labelling rules. Counter items sold loose are covered by this page and by our staff. Ask before you buy if you have a severe allergy.

All breads, cakes, biscuits and the vegetable puff are vegetarian. Chicken and beef patties, the chicken puff and the sandwiches are not. Vegetarian here means no meat in the recipe; some items contain egg and milk.
