The shop carries our full counter range: breads and rolls, whole cakes and slices, croissants and puffs, patties and sandwiches, biscuits and rusks, cold drinks, and everyday dairy and grocery items. Hot café drinks are sold at branches only. Use the filters to narrow by category, brand or price.

Stock comes live from each branch's till, so an item sells out online when that counter has sold its batch. Try switching to another branch, choosing a later pickup day, or ordering a similar bake. Fresh items are restocked from the bakehouse every morning.

Yes, one basket can hold anything from the shop. Everything is packed together at the branch you choose. Personalised cakes in the same basket set the earliest pickup time to 48 hours ahead, so order those separately if you want the rest sooner.

Use the sort menu at the top of the product grid. You can sort by best selling, newest, or price from low to high and high to low. Your filters stay in place while you change the sort.

The Breakfast Box and Tea Time Deal are priced as bundles, and the product page shows exactly what each includes. Compare the bundle price with the items on their own to see the difference. Combo contents can change with what the bakehouse has baked that day.

Product photos show the real bake, but hand-finished items vary a little in shape, colour and decoration. Cake piping and fruit toppings in particular are done by hand. Sizes and weights listed on the product page are what you receive.

Yes, the compare page lets you put cakes side by side by size, price and suggested servings. Add up to four products from their product pages. It is the easiest way to decide between a 1 lb and a 2 lb cake.
