No — this website is a demonstration store. Golden Crust Bakery is a demo business created to show how a Lahore bakery runs its online shop on SmartPOS Hub. Products, prices, branches and policies are realistic, but orders placed here are not prepared, delivered, collected or charged. Please do not travel to an address or make plans based on an order from this website.
These terms explain the rules for using the website. The rules for buying are in our terms of sale.
Who are we?
"Golden Crust", "we", "us" and "our" mean Golden Crust Bakery (demo business), 45-B Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore, Punjab. The website and its till system are provided by SmartPOS Hub. To contact us, call +92 42 3575 1100 or use the Show email button on the contact page.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the website you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our cookie policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.
Your account
You can browse without an account. To track orders, save addresses or leave reviews, you can create a SmartPOS customer account.
- Give accurate details, especially your mobile number, so a branch can reach you about an order.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse or repeated fake orders.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
How may you use the website?
You may use the website to browse, order for yourself or as a gift, and share links to our pages. You must not:
- Break any law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the till system or other customers' data.
- Place fake orders, use someone else's details, or test payment methods you are not entitled to use.
- Scrape, copy or reuse large parts of the website, including product photos and descriptions, without written permission.
- Upload viruses, malicious code or anything designed to harm the website or its users.
- Overload the website with automated requests.
Reviews, questions and photos you submit
When you post a review, ask a question or upload a cake photo:
- It must be honest and based on your own experience. Paid, swapped or fake reviews are not allowed.
- It must not be offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or contain personal data about other people.
- Photo uploads for cake prints must be images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted characters, logos or photos of other people without their consent. We may decline a print we believe infringes someone's rights.
- You give us a non-exclusive licence to display your review or question on the website and to use an uploaded photo to make your cake.
- We moderate submissions and may remove anything that breaks these rules. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.
Who owns the content?
The Golden Crust name, logo, mascot, text, page designs and our own photography belong to Golden Crust or our licensors. Some lifestyle photos are licensed stock images and are credited; they are never presented as customer photos. Third-party brand names (Five Rivers Dairies, Valley Orchard, Sunfield Farms, Canal Beverages) belong to their owners.
How accurate is the information?
We work hard to keep product information, prices, allergens and opening hours correct. Prices and stock come live from our till system. Product photos show a typical bake; handmade items vary slightly. If you have an allergy, read the product page and our allergen information, and ask a branch if you are unsure. Links to other websites
We may link to maps, payment banks or other sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of it, including during maintenance.

Because this is a demo store, no order on this website creates an obligation to supply goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Lahore, Punjab. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005.
