What are your customer support hours?
Support is available every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pakistan time. Branches answer their own phones during opening hours. Form messages sent outside those hours are answered the next morning.

Where do I send a complaint about an order?
Use the contact form, choose the order issue topic and attach a photo. For fresh cream cakes, contact us the same day. Under our freshness promise we replace or refund items that are not right.
How do I reach the bulk and corporate orders team?
Call the Central Bakehouse trade line on +92 42 3511 9900 or send the bulk order form. Visits to the bakehouse are by appointment only. The team replies with a quote and available dates.
