Questions

Pickup & delivery questions

Full terms: delivery & pickup policy.

Can I get a same-day cake in Lahore?

For the same day, choose slices, cupcakes or fruit cake from the counter — ordered before 6:00 PM they can be collected that evening. Whole cakes are baked to order and ready in 24 hours. The earliest pickup slot is usually about 90 minutes after ordering. Personalised cakes need 48 hours.

What is the same-day order cut-off time?

The same-day cut-off is 6:00 PM Pakistan time. Orders placed after that are scheduled for the next day. The checkout only shows slots that can actually be met.

How long are pickup slots?

Pickup slots are 30 minutes long. Arrive any time within your slot and the order will be ready at the counter. If you will be late, call the branch so they keep it aside.

How much does delivery cost in Lahore?

Delivery fees depend on your area and are shown at checkout before you pay. They come from our SmartPOS system, so the fee you see is the fee you pay. Pickup from a branch is free.

Which areas of Lahore do you deliver to?

We deliver inside Lahore city. Enter your address at checkout to see whether your area is covered and the fee. If it is not covered, pickup from the nearest branch is available.

How should I carry a fresh cream cake home?

Keep the box flat on the car floor or a flat seat, not on your lap, and keep the air conditioning on. Take it straight home and refrigerate it. In summer, do not leave it in a parked car even for a few minutes.

Can I change my pickup time after ordering?

Yes, call the branch as early as possible and they will move the slot if one is free. Same-day changes after 6:00 PM may not be possible. Custom cakes can only move to a time when the cake is ready.

What happens if I miss my pickup slot?

The branch keeps your order until closing that day. Fresh cream cakes are refrigerated in the meantime. If you cannot come at all, call the branch to arrange another day.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, use the track order page with your order number and phone number to see its status. You also get updates as the order is confirmed and dispatched. Call the branch if a delivery seems late.
